I'm in France. Just got here last night. Nothing particularly special, just awesome weather here.

In other news, I actually, successfully finished high school! There was a whole bunch of people who failed for some reason, but somehow I managed to leave it all behind. After a friggin two hour ceremony of teachers and mentors basically telling the students how awesome they were ('they' meaning both students and teachers), and everyone there practically floating around in their own sweat, I went home. Went out with some friends, was amazed at the amount of idiots who apparently only come out from under their rocks to get drunk at night, and went home to spend the next day packing.

Sitting in the car all day, yesterday, was enlightening. Lessons learned.

And my iPod is fucking with me. The night before we left I wanted to put an album on there again, of which the files were apparently corrupted on my iPod. So, in doing so, my iPod decided to die on me. I reset it, lost everything on it, and quickly (i.e. an hour and a half) put around 800 of the most essential songs on it that I would need on vacation. Still some songs feel like quitting their jobs halfway through. Whatever.

I will probably spend the coming two weeks swimming, enjoying the weather, playing guitar (writing songs and solos), drawing, and hopefully going to some interesting places.
